Team
TIA stands for “Thought Into Action” and is the philosophy we live by. Founded in 2014, TIA Ventures is an evolution of the Thought into Action Entrepreneurship Incubator (2009) and our passion for accelerating exceptional entrepreneurs. We are customer-obsessed, relentless about creating winning teams, operators and builders, long-term partners, consistent, and proven.
General Partner
Operator and lifelong entrepreneur, largely in the consumer research and services arena. Founded and sold 3 companies, co-founded Thought into Action Entrepreneurship Institute, and member of Colgate Board of Trustees.
Portfolio & Partners
Current MBA candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Former Investment Banker in the Capital Markets Division advising on leveraged transactions at Credit Suisse. Current co-head of Booth’s Venture Capital Club.

Accomplished entrepreneur, executive and investor with diverse skill-set and 20+ years of experience. Innovator, builder of disruptive businesses, and creator of sustainable growth with multiple successful company exits as executive and/or investor.

Former Morgan Stanley investment banker, co-founder and Director of Thought into Action Entrepreneurship Institute at Colgate University. Founder of online primary-education startup and entrenched member of NYC startup ecosystem.
Brand & Community
Graduate of Cornell University Dyson School of Business with a love for entrepreneurship. Prior experience in corporate strategy consulting and seed stage startups. Passionate about organic brand development and community building.
